Chili sin Carne

Ingredients
- 400g smoked tofu / vegan bacon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2 red bell peppers
- 4 cans of beans (ideally with sauce)
- 1 can of corn
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 500g of tomato sauce
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Crumble the tofu into small pieces and mix in olive oil and spices (smoked paprika, salt, pepper).
- Spread the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Chop the bell peppers and fry them in a pot.
- Add the beans, corn, vegetable broth, and tomato sauce.
- Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the tofu and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
