Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 70g almond flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- zest of 2 oranges
- 150g cane sugar
- 80g seed oil
- 300g orange juice
- 120g dark chocolate
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180˚C.
- Mix flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt and orange zest in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, oil and orange juice.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
- Chop the chocolate and add it to the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased cake tin and bake for 45/50 min.
- Let the cake cool down.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
