Ingredients

Base

  • 200g oats
  • 1150mL water
  • 4 scoops of protein powder
  • 50g peanut butter

Vanilla version

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp of raspberry marmalade

Tiramisu version

  • 1 cup of espresso coffee
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 6 crumbled cookies

"Apfelstrudel" version

  • 1 grated apple
  • 6 tsp of cinnamon

Instruction

  1. Prepare the base. Add water, protein powder, oats, and peanut butter into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Depending on the version, add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into glass containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
