Ingredients
Base
- 200g oats
- 1150mL water
- 4 scoops of protein powder
- 50g peanut butter
Vanilla version
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 tbsp of raspberry marmalade
Tiramisu version
- 1 cup of espresso coffee
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 6 crumbled cookies
"Apfelstrudel" version
- 1 grated apple
- 6 tsp of cinnamon
Instruction
- Prepare the base. Add water, protein powder, oats, and peanut butter into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Depending on the version, add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into glass containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
