Ingredients
- 200g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 drop of vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 mashed banana
- 320ml plant-based milk (400ml for crêpes)
Instruction
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add the mashed banana and the plant-based milk and mix until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
