Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 2 cans of beans
- rosemary
- 3 cups of vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste or tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- 250g pasta
Instruction
- Chop the onion and fry it in a pot together with rosemary.
- Add the beans and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the vegetable broth and tomato paste.
- Use the hand mixer to blend half of the sauce in the pot.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the pasta in the pot, add the lid and let it simmer.
- Stir occasionally and add more water if needed.
