Seitan Roast

Ingredients
- 500g seitan
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- ½ glass of wine
- 2 dcl vegetable broth
- a handful of herbs (rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, pepper)
- 2 potatoes
Instruction
- Cut the onion, carrots, and celery into medium chunks (no need for fine chopping).
- Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the seitan on all sides for a short time.
- Remove the seitan from the pan and fry the vegetables in the same pan.
- Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes, then add the wine and let it evaporate.
- Add the broth (which should cover the vegetables) and the herbs, and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add seitan and potatoes and let it cook for another 30 minutes.
